- The Complete Sherlock Holmes (I've been meaning to read the book for some time now and it's really damn thick)
- The Complete Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales (I love to read stories from this out loud to myself)
- Crime and Punishment (perhaps this would be the kick in the pants for me to finally defeat this book)
- One of my Lovecraft books (not sure which one exactly)
- My book of Edgar Allan Poe stories and poems
Yeah, I went for the thick books and all of them have short stories except for one.

- Stardust (because it is a pretty movie and it makes me cry and stuff and I haven't watched it a thousand times yet)
- The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (because of the reasons above - it moves me dammit)
- Prince Caspian (I do not yet own this DVD, but plan on buying it on Friday because I need it for the same reasons I have the first movie)
- Ghostbusters (because I need something that doesn't make me cry and instead makes me laugh)
- Shoujo Kakumei Utena Movie (because I keep meaning to re-watch it, but I can't work and watch subtitles at the same time)
The only reason I wouldn't bring my Indiana Jones DVDs with me? I've watched them so much as of late that I've burned out on them. :( So I'm giving them a break.

Birgit Riddle is basically the name I go by on the internet. I prefer my birth name to Birgit, but it's a good sounding screen name.
As for why I chose it, well, I used to be sorta involved in the Harry Potter fandom and yes, I was a fan of the character Tom Riddle. So that's obviously where the last name of my screen name came from.
The first part of my screen name comes from my high school German one class. Most of you that have taken a language probably remember that in language classes in high school, you often got to choose a name in that language. Mine was Birgit. I pronounce it as I learned it in German class and people seem to have a hard time remembering how to spell it.
However, I won't change it because it just feels right and it's a lot better than the name I used before, which was Japanese, showing my anime fangirl side. Not that being an anime fangirl is bad, it's just...Yumeko was a name I just could not identify with anymore as I really don't see myself as the kind of girl to 'wear' that name.
